  The women in telephone 1 are so amazing! They have answers for every question I had, it wasn't awkward everyone was talking to each other , and my agent kimberly Artiga gave me the best rate she could find . FAST AND EASY ! Freeway is the way to go! Amazing customer service great environment!

  This is the best place to get your car insurance. The girls are very helpful and understanding.
  The girl in the front Kimberly shared her Fritos with me ... lol great people. Kimberly is very recommended.

  Tania w. gave exceptional customer service. I was jumping through hoops for someone to help me, my policy was being canceled tomorrow due to info the company needed. I was transferred multiple times and was given different numbers BUT when I spoke with TANIA W. I explained my issue and not only did she take over and left me with no worries. She did most of the work for me. She made everything perfect. I can’t thank her enough for keeping my emotionally and mentally sane. If you need ANYTHING ask to speak with TANIA W. Please give her a raise!!!!!
