The shipping took a little longer than a week giving that it was shipped during holiday season. But I received it back really fast!! I recommend this place!

Got my wedding dress back in the mail yesterday. I feel so much better now that I have it in my home again. Memories Gown Preservation cleaned my gown and stored in this nice box for safe keeping. Along with my slip and my veil. What I didn’t understand from the kit instructions I figured out from their site. After sending it in, it was only a little more than a week and I got it back home. Thanks! -

(January 17, 2019, 3:42 pm)Fast and easy. I received the package to send my dress out in- of course was a bit skeptical at first, but it was amazing. They emailed me when it was received and asked if I wanted to add any customization. Then in about two weeks time my dress was back and sealed. Great for the price and super simple to complete!

Very easy to send out with everything literally laid out for you...it couldn’t have been made simpler. I got my dress back very quick and it looks great. It’s hard to find places that clean and preserve wedding dresses and when you can find somewhere...it’s extremely expensive. this service was great....highly recommend!!
