  Awesome team! Walked in and was immediately impressed with the staff and their great customer service. The rental agent who helped me, Agustin, was very attentive and nice when it came time to explaining the paperwork. Such a convenient location, great rates, and awesome staff!

  Best customer service team. They always address any issues or questions I have. Never a long wait time - hands down best car rental place in the city!! I enjoy walking in and seeing Josue Lopez's smile, it is rare to see that kind of customer service nowadays. He is very attentive and charming! The process is very easy even for new customers on a last minute need, will definitely be coming back!

  Will definitely be coming back! Everyone in this location is absolutely wonderful, but Agustin was an exceptional employee. He explained my contract in a very detailed manner and answered all of my questions, even though they were busy, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything since it was my first time renting from them. I rented a passenger van for a work event and everything was perfect, from the rates to the cleanliness of the vehicle. I’ve already referred some friends here for upcoming events and will definitely be back myself.

  Always use PV rentals at south rice for my church trips. They have great Vans always so clean and great shape. Never had an issue with them. Angie samano always makes sure we get the newest Vans available for our long trips. Will recommend to everyone

  PV rentals really know how to deliver. I needed a 15 passenger van for a family vacation, and they did not disappoint. The vehicle we received was clean and in good working condition.
