I have been going here for years. I love Karen and Natalie. They always take their time and listen to me. The staff is always very nice to me. The only two flaws I would change is the wait time, and the automated call system. However, I understand the wait bc they do listen to you, and seem to handle your paperwork and prescriptions right there. It's almost always been about an hour and change wait.
