  I truly enjoyed my experience here! I would definitely describe myself as a difficult customer, but John N. remained patient with me throughout the whole week process. I appreciated not feeling hassled or pressured into buying a car. I instead felt informed and welcomed, which goes a long way in customer service to me. Once John N. served the "cake", Heather came in with the "icing on top", and I was in my new car! Thanks a lot!

  My mom and I had a great experience here with Leslie. He took great care of us, treated us with great hospitality and everything we wanted and needed we got that same day. Great selection on cars and a great price! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase and with some referrals

  What can I say? My experience at EchoPark was unbelievable.. Awesome... From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I drove away. All the associates made me feel like they cared. I mean, like they really cared. Excellent customer service, hands down... I would really like to thank the salesman (Michael Perez) and Financing person, Albert.)   We arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted and had Brian Flores assisting us. He was very professional and helpful. We were very pleased that all together with test driving several vehicle, getting financed and signing paperwork may have been 2 hours. Did not have to spend valuable time sitting at a dealership most of a day to get my daughter a car. I would highly recommend Brian Flores to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

  From start to finish my experience at EchoPark was great. I was shopping online and came across their website. I found the car I was interested in and applied for financing right there on the website. I was approved right away and received an email and a phone call. I let them know I would not be able to show up in person for a few days, but wanted to know exactly what my payment would be because I didn’t want any surprises when I got there. They followed up with me one time, the day before I showed up to confirm I was coming and to let me know the car was still there. When I showed up I met Coco, she brought me through my whole buying experience, showed me other better options and even helped me pick out a better car than what I was originally looking at. My payments were exactly as described on the phone. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and even though I was by myself, had I had my kids with me there would have been plenty to keep them occupied. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Coco. Corsheilia Walker.
