  Had a great experience with Mario at Coti Brothers shopping for a car for my daughter. Honest about the extent of damage On a 2013 Chevy Cruze I inquired about. He sent me pictures of all the damage and the entire car and assured me it would all be taken care of and the car was in great running condition. The CARFAX confirmed what he was saying about the car service, repair, and damage history. I had an open weekend to make the drive to Houston from Louisiana to look at this car and others like it and Mario and his family worked very hard to make the repairs in time for my visit this past Saturday and send me very detailed pictures of the paint and body repairs. I called him at about 10 pm Friday night and told him the pictures look very good, but I need to feel comfortable that the vehicle is solid. He told me he had been driving the vehicle for a few days and his Dad, the mechanic of the family, had gone through it extensively, ending with “I give you my word it is solid and clean.”
  
  I had a good feeling about Mario and told him they would be my first stop Saturday morning. After my wife and I drove 4 hours we arrived and saw a very very nice looking white 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT parked out front. Yes minor paint flaws, but very very nice for a 2013. Started it repeatedly, checked the undercarriage from front to back, opened the hood and the engine and compartment was immaculate. Interior for a 2013 was very nice too, yes some normal wear and tear but a 9 out of 10 for that make. Drove the car and it was very solid. The only thing I had reservations about was the tires, which were mostly worn. He offered to replace the tires to close the deal and it was a done deal. I drove it back home for 4 hrs and did not regret buying it, handles very very good despite the make and model.
  
  My wife and I had a great experience with Mario, his dad, and the rest of the family at Coti Brothers, completed the purchase Saturday after a few hours of completing the paperwork and tire change. Learned a lot in the process because my wife is a people person and loves to talk. We can attest to the fact that they are indeed a family owned small business, Mario the son is the salesman, maintains inventory, and helps with mechanic work when time allows, Dad is the mechanic, and uncle, Dad’s brother, is the paint and body man. Mom, according to Mario, has to have a clean and orderly work place and if you walk through the shop, office, or use the restroom you can tell she works hard as well. Now, I did my home work on this place which all looked positive, but the time spent there talking to Mario and his family sealed the deal. Before closing the deal I asked my wife what she thought about the car and her comfort level about buying the car from them, and she responded, car looks great, runs good, loves the family, and very impressed with Mario.
  
  We are great judges of character and I know how difficult it is to operate a used car dealership. Given that, with all the resources they have on hand at Coti Brothers, mechanic and paint and body shop, they are able to offer great prices on nice looking used vehicles in good running condition. Mario gave me his word that the car was clean and solid and he didn’t disappoint us!!!!
