(February 19, 2019, 4:44 pm)I have been here at the Heights North Houston for over a year as a patient & over that time seen various administrations,changes in policy,personnel & care quality. Major improvements by the new administration have led to fixing many of past problems. The medical care has improved 70%,The staff quality is very good and the CNA's do care about the patients here. Therapy dept is exceptional with very good therapists who work with each one & focuses on each persons weakness to improve that with their quality of mobility & life. I am proof of the therapists hard work. When you come in here,you NEVER smell urine or the use of industrial strength bleach,due to the housekeeping dept stays on top of everything with this place being very clean & a positive home feeling. The food quality is very good and not the typical bland hospital food for anyone who might want to ask about that. The new administrator and her team is great on solving any problems of all types.I can verify this due to certain situations that affected my personal health which have been resolved very quickly. Any claims of patients being drugged up to keep them quiet is 100% bunk. A couple of past reviews made this claim which is false. No place is perfect but under the guidance of the new Administrator Erika Parrish, It's so much better & more improvements everyday. A great place for a loved one who needs special medical care.
