Ms. Look has a great bedside manner,
she is caring and really wants to know how to make a person feel better. I never wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The office is equipped to send your prescriptions electronically and has an online patient portal that you can access to make appointments or view any lab work that was done. Highly recommend Ms. Look as a medical professional/ FNP.
I have been going to Dianna for over 10 years. She is very professional and yet still makes me feel like we've been good friends forever. She has become to know me and my family and is aware of our family dynamic. I am very comfortable with her and can discuss anything with her about personal health issues. Her diagnosis' are spot on.
I would recommend Diana Look highly, she is very thorough and caring. She truly cared about my illness and followed up with me, she took the time to listen to me and that is so important! Diana is professional and very knowledgeable in her field. That clinic is so professional and it is very apparent that the staff is happy there and it shows in their treatment of the patients. The office manager is completely professional, I spoke with him over the telephone prior to making the move to that clinic. Also, I've observed him speaking to the staff and it seemed very positive and professional. I highly recommend Diana Look.
