Let me take a minute of your time and tell you about the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I got to experience at Jamail's. I started by calling and scheduling an appointment and was greeted by Dan A. Dan made this appointment for me with no hesitation. I told Dan what I needed done. When I got to the shop, the first thing I noticed was how polite and accommodating the staff was AND how clean the shop was. (Just wait, it gets better from here.). I needed and alignment and a tire rotation on my 2017 F-550. What I really appreciate is the fact that I (the primary driver of my work truck) got to speak with the alignment technician personally (David V.) I wanted to talk to him personally and tell him what my concerns were. David took the time out of his busy day just to listen to an average blue collar, good ole' boy like myself. He seemed very knowledgeable and I walked away confident that my truck was in good hands.
David fixed my truck correctly, the first time.
BOTTOM LINE, I will be returning my work truck for any further repairs to Jamail's.
