(January 11, 2019, 4:37 pm)I got the Swedish massage, I think, but it was really a combo Swedish-Thai massage. I’d never had a Thai massage before. I think this may have been the best massage I’ve ever had!! It was amazing....the massage therapist used her feet to apply more pressured and it felt super good! And stretched me...but also had relaxing hot towels and aromatherapy. Ahhhhhhh.....I will definitely go back!!

(September 21, 2018, 4:08 pm)I called to request a 2pm appointment for an ashiatsu massage from Prapai, the owner. I showed up 15 minutes early because other reviewers seemed to have an issue finding parking space. If you're driving on Sheppard southbound towards 59/69, Cheeva Som Retreat's driveway is before the building. Follow it to the back and you'll find their parking lot.
The interior design is elegant. There are so many rooms here. There is also an indoor dry sauna that looks brand new and a private walk-in shower-- both of which can be reserved FOR FREE following your massage. Just be sure to let them know in advance so they can turn on the sauna.
Each room has one bed unless it's the couple's room where you and your partner/spouse can get a massage at the same time.
Prapai gave me a very relaxing massage using her feet while holding onto poles attached to the ceiling above the massage bed. It lasted the complete hour and I spent 15 minutes in the dry sauna afterwards. Then I took a shower, paid, and left.
I got my massage yesterday, a Thursday. All day today, I have been feeling extremely comfortable and relaxed. My muscles haven't felt this good in a very long time.
If you play sports, run, or lift weights, I recommend you book a massage appointment with Prapai. I left here feeling truly good. -
