  OK it's great food. Friendly staff. They get the order right. But inside ... a bit narcissistic. LOOK AT OUR AWARDS. A bit iffy on price vs size. And screw that 5 dollar shake. What is this pulp fiction?

  It was good! I like that there isn't a "basic" burger and that you just create everything to your own preference. The burger I ordered was delicious (I mean, of course it was it literally only had stuff on it that I wanted) and cooked expertly. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the "bang for my buck". The prices are certainly higher than their competitors and I can get much more elsewhere. I got a burger (single patty; no cheese) and fries for $11. I could get double the food and a drink at a fast food place for arguably the same quality. I didn't get anything "special" from my experience at 5 Guys.

  No line when we got there on a Sunday afternoon. Not very crowded either. We experienced good customer service when placing AND picking up our order. Food was as we ordered it and it was nice and hot!
