(April 19, 2017, 12:14 pm)This has been an awesome journey! After six weeks I feel fabulous. I haven't felt this good in probably 20 years! It has been hard work but it is definitely worth it. With all the information and things Dr. Hayden has taught me, I have been able to take control of things that I thought were out of my control. I'm thrilled (not to mention that I have lost 20 pounds!!!)
