(May 30, 2018, 9:27 am)In June of 2017 Dr. Johnson helped my 6 year old male German Shepherd. He had a torn meniscus and ACL. The whole experience with Dr Johnson and his office was excellent! He shows knowledge, skill and a true passion for what he does.Thank you for helping my family member!

(April 20, 2016, 10:17 am)My cairn terrier tore her ACL in December and had right TPLO surgery shortly after. I could not be more pleased with our experience at Animal Surgery Center of Houston! I had a concern the weekend after her surgery and Dr. Johnson was quick to respond via email with helpful information. It has been 4 months since her procedure and after spending that time gradually increasing her walking distance, we took her on her first hike this weekend. She walked/ran/hopped 5.25 miles up and down a canyon and never missed a step - it was as though the injury never happened! I am very pleased with our choice of Animal Surgery Center of Houston for her care and highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff.

(November 11, 2014, 10:34 am)My little teacup Yorkie, Minnie, broke her leg while playing. I took her to Barker Cypress Animal Clinic and was promptly referred to Dr. Johnson at the Animal Surgery Center. I felt immediately at ease when I met him. He explained the issues of fixing this tiny little bone with pin and wire. The day of surgery was a very anxious day for me but when I picked her up she was completely fine. Within a couple of days we could not keep her down with that little cast on her leg. She is completely recovered and back to normal. Although she still lifts the leg as if it were hurt when she gets in trouble (and then runs out on all fours). The staff is fabulous with much love for our babies. I know my little Sweeney (male yorkie 6 yeas old) will have to go soon for spinal stenosis and Dr. Johnson will be my surgeon of choice.
