This facility is very clean and the manager Shanell is friendly ..I would recommend this location due to safety and convenience and great prices
I called this location because I'm looking to relocate to Texas and I needed to find out rates for restoring my belongings. The Agent Shanelle who answer the phone was very polite and very well-spoken. I had lots of questions and she didn't even get frustrated or sound irritated by them; she politely explain the process and told me that she looks forward to meeting me and setting up my account. You don't get this type of customer service over the phone very often and I just want to say thank you Miss Shanelle for your expertise and making me feel as if I was wanted and expected. I have to say Shanell Robinson is great. When I went in and looking to get a storage unit not knowing size needed or anything she has it down packed. Told her the items needed it for and she directed me to the perfect storage unit. She is definatly an asset to the company.
Best storage place I’ve ever used. Didn’t flood during Hurricane Harvey despite everything else being destroyed; there was little to no damage. Amazing service. Understanding and flexible. Stella is great!
