(November 9, 2018, 6:47 pm)Very, very pleased with everyone at Banfield Hospital Kingwood! All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Brought our new kitten in for check-up, shots, and information on neutering, everyone was very informative with great customer service. Taylor the tech was awesome! she was very kind and caring and Jason at the front desk was especially helpful, he explained the wellness plan to my wife and I thoroughly and had a great positive personality. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

(November 2, 2018, 1:18 pm)We starting bringing my pup Kubo here once we got him. The staff has been absolutely amazing and Kubo gets so excited when he knows we’re going there. He always gets so much attention and love. They’ve done a wonderful job of helping us diagnosing his heart condition and have been very informative. Plus this is the cleanest Veterinarian office I have ever been too. Highly recommend!

(September 30, 2018, 1:46 am)Took my dog here a few days ago to be seen and I must say I’m so happy I did. First of all my dog needed immediate care & I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford a big vet bill & told them so. I was not treated any differently & they even did their best to keep the cost down for me. My dog is very skittish around new people as well. The last vet I took her to acted more annoyed by it but the vet/vet assistant at Banfield were both so nice & so patient with my dog. They took the time to explain everything to me & to calm her down. By the time they needed to take her to the back room for the procedure she even willingly went with them and I was told she did really good! Which is unusual for my dog with new people. They genuinely care about their patients & it shows. My baby girl is doing much better ♥️
Definitely recommend this place! Thank y’all so much. -
