  This is one of the best places I have lived! The office staff is amazing especially Stephanie and whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is fixed right away. Quiet community with beautiful landscaping and friendly neighbors. Great place for pets too! I recommend Harborview to anyone that wants a really great home! Lots of places to eat nearby and easy commute to 59.

  I have just signed my 5th lease here. You will not find a better office or maintenance staff. I can't say enough good things about Stephanie, Taylor, Sofia, Omar, Karen and and all other staff. I know a lot of the residents go by the office just to say hi and not with a problem. We love them so please don't take anyone else away from us.

  I absolutely love it here. This is our second time renewing our lease here. To be honest they are like our family! Everyone is polite and friendly and that's including all staff. Stephanie is the manager and then you have Sophia, Taylor and Jan. Most of the time I just go to the office just to talk, that's just how amazing and fantastic they are. Each and everyone of you guys make a difference and it doesn't matter how small or big it is you guys rock! Im just so happy I meet you all. Mrs. Karen, she's in housekeeping, she's a phenomenal and hardworking person that's like my mother.
  The apartments are all super nice and spacious it really reminds me of condos. It's very quiet here and you never meet a stranger. Living here at Harbor View you become not only a member of the community, but apart of a big happy family.

  My experience at Harbor View Apartments has been a joyful and happy one. I have lived here for about seven (7) years. I cannot express the closeness I feel with regard to my neighbors, and the staff here at Harbor View. This feeling I have developed for this community stemmed from the previous Manager, Halima Johnson Burk, to Stephanie Clay the present manager. She has a friendly and compassionate way about her which overflows to her office staff, Taylor, Sophia, and Jan, the fantastic maintenance staff, and the Custodial Staff, Karen ,who goes beyond description. This community is more like a family. I know I feel that way. I guess there was a terrific bonding that occurred during the Harvey Flood. After all was said and done the about thirty (30) of us who stayed bonded together, helped one another and shared what ever we had. The glue that held us all together was how Stephanie and Karen held everything together.
  
  Also, this is a great place to live, because the staff is on top of things. Living on Lake Houston makes it a nice area to live in. Harbor View is close to all types of amenities. It is close to restaurants of different persuasions, cocktail lounges, fitness centers, medical facilities, business supplies, Ladies Boutiques, and Men's Haberdashery shops, and many other things.
  
  Also, the property itself also has many amenities within. It has a parking garage for all its four (4) floors, elevators, a club room, with a card table, a pool table, a fitness room, a yoga room, and business room at the tenants disposal, and a conference room. Also, at different times that have different things provided for our children, and also the adults. All in all it is a great place to live, and I would recommend this great experience to everyone.

  Harbor View is an excellent apartment complex. The apartments are well designed contemplating all the external distractions that one can get by living in an apt community. I've been living here for a year and I have no complaint about the service offered by the work team of this community. The employees are very attentive, cordial and empathetic in any situation that presents itself and manages the situation quickly and effectively. The maintenance team of the community respond quickly and consistently in any situations that may arise inside the apartment and outside in the community. The quality and excellence of the work team makes us feel confortable with the service and everything that the Harbor View community has to offer. I’ve just renewed my lease for the second time and we are very happy with our new recently remodeled unit.
