I called for information on units and pricing etc and spoke with Ella. She was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. By far the best costumer service from any other storage companies in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Gave me a call to let me know my card expired. It was easy to go online and set up the new one. 5 stars for customer service and convenience.

Ella, the young woman at the front desk was very cordial and friendly. This is the third time I have been in there and each time she provided excellent service. Today she helped me downsize taking me to see my various options. She is the first face of your company one sees. Ella represents you well.

Ella quickly transferred my account from one unit to another and explained that if I gave them a copy of my home owners declaration page I could cancel the insurance. Very friendly service and clean location. Manager Dottie was also helpful as we discussed moving from larger unit to a smaller unit as we did not need the space. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Vanessa, the manager, has been wonderful while we have stored at this location. We started storing here when it was still Uncle Bob's. Unfortunately, we no longer need our spaces here and we are sad to leave. Vanessa made the move out process even easier than the move in! She is a great asset to Life Storage with her excellent customer service skills. Vanessa is so easy to work with and a very sweet person! Thank you for everything!
