  All of the practing doctors are great. They are kind and patient with my boys. The nurses are always very sweet. Some of the office staff can come off as rude but most of them are very helpful. The only bad thing is the wait time. Even if you are there 15 minutes early (as suggested by practice) you will still wait another 45 minutes from appointment time.

  I been with Dr. Lugo's office for 10+ years. I have ALWAYS received top tier quality healthcare services. My family and I have seen all the providers in the practice over the years but I must say Kelly is my shining star! She has diagnosed my children with conditions that others would have easily looked over.Kelly has also took her time and listened to me and her assessment and treatment plan has always been amazing! I have referred all my family, friends, coworkers, even strangers I have crossed paths with seeking an above par practice. I felt the need to share as quality healthcare is a bit scarce in this day in time, however, THIS practice continues to meet and exceed expectations! Thank you to each and every staff member, mid level practitioners, and MD's .. you ARE making a difference in the lives of those you treat!

  Update 01/14/19 - still using this office. We only use Dr. Lugo or Ashleigh. Love the office and staff My only complaint is trying to get ahold of them for an appointment. Need to hire 2 schedulers or something I'm literally on hold right now to make an appt. Its 15 mins and counting. And it is like this every morning it seems. I call when they open at 8am and the wait is forever long :(
  
  My kids have seen Dr Lugo and Ashleigh. They really love both of them. I was looking for a new pcp and decided to try this office.
  
  My only complaint is sometimes they take forever to get you back. And I understand things happen and you get behind. So I'm not letting that effect my view on this clinic. Good doctors are hard to find.

  Been taking our Kid since he graduated the NICU. Dr. Lugo and Kelly the PA are beyond amazing. Very atentive staff. Love going there.
