  I’ve had to bring my daughters here a few times for strep throat, ear infections, etc and have always received great care. The nurses and doctors are friendly, kind, and thorough. I appreciate that they stay open until 8pm, such a relief as a busy mom. Of course like any walk in clinic, expect to wait, overall this is the best urgent care in Atascocita/KW.

  THIS IS A NICE PLACE STARTING WITH THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST SHE GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE AND SHE IS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. THE STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL AS WELL THERE WAS VERY LITTLE WAIT TIME. WE WERE THERE FOR ABOUT A HOUR IN TOTAL. MY SON WAS SICK AND NOT FEELING WELL THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF HIM AND GIVE HIM A IN OFFICE SHOT AND A PRESCRIPTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANY TIME

  Definitely 5 Star. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Doctors actually look at you (not the computer) when they’re asking you questions and really listen. I absolutely love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  We’ve used Kingwood Urgent care several times and been pleased. Most recently, we brought our 3 year old daughter there after she fell and split her head open. Time was of the essence, and Dr. Z and his team were more than accommodating! They got us in immediately, and although it was not easy by any means, Dr. Z calmly stitched our daughter’s head up. Dr. Z was extremely thorough, professional, caring, and kind. He warned us there would be scarring to her forehead, but he did such a phenomenal job that 7 days later, the cut has healed from 3 inches to 1 inch in length and looks so much better already! We are so grateful for his prompt care and the detailed information and instructions provided. The follow up appointments where he checked the wound and removed stitches went very smoothly, and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Dr. Z and his team. Thank you all very much!!!

  Starting with the front desk, she was very accommodating as I had my hands full with carrying my 2 year old son. She even handed me a Kleenex for him when she noticed his nose running and the box moved when I tried to get it. The nurse came to get us and commented that she loved his hair and how cute he is. When he started to step off the scale before the weight was fully done, she stayed calm and assured him it was ok. She took his pulse ox level with the thing that goes on your finger and gave him a lollipop to hold in the other hand to keep it busy and keep him calm. When the doctor came, he could tell my son got anxious, so he had me hold my baby while he did the exam and worked around it. This put my son more at ease and my baby actually cooperated with him! (Which is HUGE!) The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things so I understood the treatment. He made me feel validated for taking my child while doctors in the past have made me feel like I worry too much. I am so impressed with their amazing service and had to share!
