She was genuinely interested in my daughters well being and is treating her whole person: mental, physical, and emotional. Love her!

Since I wrote this I feel like things are going downhill a bit...We shall see if it improves....
I have never had a bad experience here, so I don't know what these people are talking about. They are super helpful and friendly. I always schedule my appointments to be the first one (8AM). The only time I had a long wait was when the doctor was stuck in traffic. That was once. I've been using UT Physicians for about 10 years now. I love the doctors, the phlebotomists, and the office staff. I even tell all my friends they need to switch to this group. Also...I had my first hospital procedure ever at UT Med Center. The wait was super long but the staff was awesome. -

(June 7, 2018, 5:00 pm)Since I switched my son over to UTP-Heights, I just love the pediatric dept. from the nurses to Dr. Parks. any time i have had a question or concern, I am able to email the pediatric nurse and she calls me back with answers or tells me let me find out. I always get a call from Dr. Parks to make sure everything is ok. and I appreciate the way the pediatric dept handles and treats my son when he has episodes, they have always been nice and very professional, makes a mom feel better.
