  Lane & Michelle are wonderful and helpful people that will make living there an absolute delight. Parking is never a problem, but can be packed on the north/bayou side of the complex from time to time. Great community, dog friendly, and easy access to the trail along the bayou. I lived there for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone in Houston. Thanks for 3 wonderful years Stonewood!

  Been living here for about 3 months and love this community! There is an easy entrance into the White Oak Bayou trail so if you like outdoor activities this is your location. Close to downtown but not too close so you don’t hit the bad traffic. Only complaint would be parking other than that everything is great here. Staff is really friendly and addresses your issues. Would highly recommend this apartment community!

  Great community, Lane & Michelle are amazing and always helpful. Rent is very affordable especially for being inside of the loop. Grounds are well kept and it is usually very quiet. Parking has never been an issue (living in the front of the complex). Any small issues or repairs are handled by maintenance generally the same day. Very happy living here.

  I just moved out of this complex after a 15 month lease and enjoyed my stay. There were minor issues such as the front gate needing constant repair after Harvey, small roaches from White Oak Bayou (summer months), and parking. An exterminator comes out I believe every week or every other week regardless of any issues. And if you do have any issues Stonewood makes sure the exterminator sprayed in and around the unit. The front gate is a little on the older side and needs repairs regularly, even more so after Harvey. Parking can be an issue since there is no assigned parking or any differentiation between a tenants vehicles and guest vehicles. All in all the management communicated everything with each tenant such as any repairs, closing early, holiday hours, etc. I felt very safe living here and it is a pet friendly/quiet community close to major highways.

  I lived here for three months during an internship and would definitely live here again. The management and maintenance are fast and very kind. The location is great and rates are competitive for the area. Parking can be a bit hard to find at night but less so if you live in the back of the complex.
