Joana was exceptional in my move in process from the time I inquired to tour to move in day. She assured I had all of the resources I needed from specials to utility providers. She assisted me every step of the process and was available anytime I had any questions. I look forward to my time at smart city and am highly impressed with the above and beyond experience I received. The property is very well maintained and the units are bright and spacious. Just recently moved in and I’ve had a great experience so far. Joana was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole leasing process. I was interested in leasing here because I was wanting a shorter commute than my previous residence. I walked in and was greeted by Joana, she was able to give me a tour of the place immediately. I ended up applying that same day and Joana kept me updated through every step of the process and was patient with me. I was approved and signed my lease a week later! Can’t wait to make some memories here 😊

As of now i just signed my lease and i have great feelings about this place! Joana has been so helpful and kind since the start! I had to reschedule last second my first scheduled tour but when i came she was welcoming and answered so many questions. I leased here for two reasons, the entire complex, but what sold me is the office staff. The apartments are new, so they are clean and designed beautifully. Joana assisted me, and she was not messing around. She went above and beyond my expectations. She got my apartment and paperwork completed fast. A few days before I signed the lease, I met Claudio. He took me on tour and didn't miss anything. I told him there was no need to take me to the gym, but he was on a mission to give me the whole tour! It may have been the only time I would step foot in the gym, but I appreciate his enthusiasm. Whoever hired the office staff needs a massive pat on the back because you can't get any better than Joana and Claudio. They were why I decided to live here instead of another property I was considering. I made the right choice. It's comforting to know people care and are not holding back. Thanks, Joana and Claudio, for all of your help. I am very thankful that you made a challenging experience such a smooth one for me.
