  Terrific company. Very professional and knowledgeable. We received carpet cleaning with “possible” upholstery cleaning. Robert was careful to perform a spot test on the sofa before attempting to clean it. He then went the extra mile to research where our sofa came from to contact the store directly and obtain the correct solution to clean it. Robert said this would ensure the warranty is not voided. I thought that level of customer service was stellar!! We will definitely use this company again. #supportveteranbusinesses

  Hired R&R to come out to clean three rooms today with pet stains and odors. Not only they remove all the stains and odors they did for half the price of the last three carpet cleaners we used. The whole process took roughly one hour to complete after all the prep work was done and the carpet was dry in about 4 hours. I recommend using them if you're looking for eco-friendly/pet friendly services.

  Spectacular professional service by Robert at R&R with no gimmicks.
  I would have Robert back anytime because he cares about your carpet end result look and feel, he works hard and pays attention to detail from start to end. He does not rush, the cleaning process and when he is done you will love it:) I could not vacuum and Robert vacuumed my whole upstairs for over 30 min. My carpet is off white plush, thick and long.
  The most what i liked about Robert's service is that he lets the customer pick cleaning solution that works for that home and family. The solutions were unopened in original packaging and they were the most highly reviewed solutions you can buy online or in store. Robert is also very honest as when i asked about cleaning area rug with special threading he kindly declined and refereed me to couple places that can do a great job. Thanks for your hard work and peace of mind Robert now knowing that our carpets are freshly cleaned and like new. Marzena's family in Katy TX!
