  I have to admit that I haven't been to a Supercuts in quite some time. Today, I decided to give the Louetta location a try since I seemed to be happy with the Google reviews. My hair stylist was Blanca and I must say she did a fantastic job! I will definitely be returning and definitely will want to see Blanca when I go back. Service was friendly from the moment I checked in. I highly recommend!!

  I haven't had a haircut for 3-4 years. I was quite anxious about my haircut before I went in as my hair were very long and I was looking for some thing different, some thing unique. I had half a dozen hairstyle pics on my phone. I picked one and showed to daisy ( stylist). She replicated the exact same hairstyle I chose and made it look really really good on me. this Supercut location is my new favorite spot for haircut. Also, there were two stylists there when I visited and both were very friendly, welcoming and engaging. I don't know the name of the other stylist but I was really comfortable during my visit. I also liked the electronic sign in process and lastly, prices are very reasonable there as compared to some of the other locations around the area when I researched online prior to visiting this location. Thank you!!!

  I loved going to this salon for the last 2 yeArs! But my visit last week I found out that a team member was fired because he was openly gay and a customer reviewed him and spouted comments about him personally! Shame on you Supercuts for segregating your gay team members and now customers because of one persons inability to be accepting! (See owners response to David’s exit on all guest that are sad he is gone!). Try stock answer with no sort of guest recovery? I would try to save the guest, because nothing is more sacred in a business than the guest returning). He or she made no attempt to convince me that I should stay? Same to the family that comes in even from college station! However even though I rated her a 5 Star, she only asked for a follow up from the guest that rates her a single star! Something seems bad in her business model! When I first started coming to this salon, it was a ghost town! I had one problem with a product that a stylist sold me! David modeled a great experience and helped me purchase a product that is more relevant to my hair needs! Again, reading your comments and lack of desire to recover me and my debit card makes me want to change my rating to a single star! But I won’t, because unlike this owner, my review is based on my experience as a customer! Thank you David and I appreciate that I found you at the great clips at the corner of 249/Louetta
