  I have to say this is one of the BEST URGENT CARE facilities I have visited in a long time. I had to take my 3 year old today. Let me tell you they were so kind, so thorough, attentive, and awesome with him being his first visit to an urgent care. The nurses and I worked as a team to get the tests done. They were so kind to him..They got us in and out with a diagnosis and sent the script to be filled. I HIGHLY recommend Medella Urgent Care. The bed side manner was outstanding. If we are ever in need again, with out a doubt, I know where we will be going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my child back on track to wellness and feeling better! YOU ALL ARE TRULY A BLESSING AND OUTSTANDING IN THE CARE YOU PROVIDE!

  Best urgent care by far. Staff is curtious, wait is minimal, care is great. I feel like I am in a regular doctors appointment and not rushed through like some urgent cares are. They have a X-ray on site. I HIGHLY recommend.

  Loved the nurse Practitioner! She was very thorough when listening to my lungs and I know because I’m also a RN. She was very caring and listened to my concerns. The nurse tech was also very nice and with the waiting time for my strep test, I was in and out in a little over an hour. I’ll definitely go again when I can’t get in to see my own doctor.

  Medella always takes great care of my family, my wife and I have 4 children. One of us is always getting sick or hurt, and to Medella we go. The staff is polite and responsive, Doctors are knowledgeable and caring. If one of your options for Urgent care is Medella. I’d recommend choosing them, you’ll be happy you did.

  Was pleasantly and positively blown away by the entire patient experience. The staff is professional, caring and exceptional. Dr. Mitchell is knowledgeable, swift, and also very caring. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and quickly given a game plan. I highly recommend them, and now have peace of mind knowing they are so close by. If you need urgent care this is the place to go. (And by the way, I rarely have anything positive to say about US healthcare!!!)
