Delivery; was excellent - courteous people, efficient setting up, timing and reminders were just as expected (and great).
(January 25, 2019, 2:42 pm)I very much enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely come back. Eli was a great help when I was picking out my bed and sofa. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything.
My experience was very positive and he was great with my kids (both 8 & 9). He was patient with me as I examined the differences between mattress and talked about prices. Eli stayed within my range, made great suggestions and very professional. He even held conversations with my children when they had questions, in addition to showing them how to work a sleeper sofa.
Truly a super awesome, guy.
(January 21, 2019, 10:29 am)We had a great experience purchasing a leather sofa at the Dump. The best part of it was the salesperson, Terry Tucker. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient with us. He went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, right down to the day of delivery. We'll be back to see Mr. Tucker when we're ready to purchase again, and will refer anyone looking.
