(January 14, 2019, 11:48 am)The prices here are great! $15 for a hand wash. $25 inside and out. $40 wash/wax! The young men working speak English well enough to get the job done.
I would rate this place 5-stars BUT it's rather sketchy looking and the entrance is both rough and filthy.
I will use them again of I'm nearby and the sun is shining. Not a place to visit after sunset! -
