  Sally has helped me numerous times over the years and every time she has been superb! She is honest and helpful through every step of the process and I always knew she had my best interests in mind! Besides being a consummate professional and great at her job, she is an amazing person and a joy to be around!

  Sally & I started working together in 2014. I was looking for an affordable home/condo in the Memorial district. Within 2 weeks & looking at at least 6 different condos, I found the one that fit my family & budget. We made an offer. Due to Sally’s unrelenting work ethic & negotiating skills, an amount was agreed on & we had a wonderful new home. After all was signed & the keys were in our hands, I found a beautiful “welcome to your new home” gift to us from Sally.
  
  Then in 2016, Sally took on an even bigger challenge. Two weeks before school was to start, my daughter decided to transfer to Stratford. Within 3 days, Sally found 4 houses for us to look. All being very suitable, my kids & I found our dream home. We made an offer. Sally went to work scheduling all the inspectors & completing all other tasks. At the end of the week, she had negotiated an amazing deal & we were in our home before the end of Labor Day. This time Sally blessed my children & I with another incredibly generous “New Home” gift. She is an amazing women with a huge heart.
  
  So, for the second part of our challenge. Sally assisted me in the remodel of my prior condo in order to sell. With the help of Sally’s meticulous eye & wisdom of the Houston market, my condo sold within 6 months for a price that way exceeded my initial investment.
  
  Sally Kmiecik is an amazing realtor & a loyal friend. I highly recommend her. She gives 150% to every client and always gets the job done. ????

  My spouse was offered a job in Houston a few months ago, and we came here for a quick weekend scouting trip. There is no way Sally could have been a better ambassador for the city of Houston. She managed to help us figure out what we were looking for and where we wanted it to be in a matter of hours. That is no small feat in a city of this size.
  
  And Sally really is a ‘full service’ type of agent. I’ve called her for advice on everything from pool contractors to property taxes. She is brutally honest, a hoot to be around, and would never point you in the wrong direction.
  
  If we ever need to buy or sell property in Houston, we will call Sally Kmiecik. Until that day, we’ll just call her “friend”.
