  Very knowledgeable & helpful staff. Stayed with me until I was satisfied that my upgrade was complete. One of their better locations.

  This review is for Edrick and his excellent customer support. I came in the other night about 45 min before closing and he stayed 30 minutes after closing time to get my wife's phone problem solved. My wife and I spent the entire previous day traveling between the Apple store and this AT&T store trying to solve our iPhone 7plus problems. Apple convinced us to buy an 8plus however it did not fix the WiFi calling feature. After my wife spent hours on the phone with AT&T support, I decided to make one last visit to this store location. Edrick himself needed to call customer support a few times (even the location employees get the run-around) however he patiently stuck with it until we reached an "Advanced System Support" person... who was finally able to fix WiFi Calling problem. Thank you Edrick!

  Surprisingly, today's visit was actually an enjoyable experience. I was dreading this experience, and like many other reviewers, I have had horrible service at this location... but happily, that was not the case today!!!
  We were warmly welcomed right when we walked through the door and the AT&T sales rep, Shirley, was very helpful in helping us decide which phone was the best purchase. She was very informative and very attentive to detail. Honestly, you could not ask for better service. Such a relief! Thank you Shirley for your excellent customer service, it was very appreciated!

  I had to change my review from 1 star. The first experience was not good. Had some simple questions but they acted very rude and did not want to help. But went back a week later and talked with Matt. Very helpful. Spent time with us answering questions about international calls. Even got us to save some money on our current plan. Great customer service by Matt
