  I accompanied my mother to her appointment at Miracle Ear Frostwood location a few days ago. The waiting time was minimal and really by the time we were finishing up the patient paperwork, Mrs. Dolores Bean was ready to see my mother. Words cannot Express the Excellent Service that Mrs. Bean gave my mother and I. In addition to knowledge, she has PASSION for her job and for her patients; that's what sealed the deal. I am certain that everyone at this location is just as great but highly recommend that you go visit Mrs. Dolores Bean. She brought back the sense of hearing and a smile back to my mother. Thank You!!!!!!

  It's been a year since Scott fitted me with my first pair of Hearing aids. I didn't know what to expect and I had a lot of questions. Scott put me at ease and answered all of my questions. After a few follow-up appointments I met Dolores. Dolores has made some adjustments which have improved my hearing. Thanks to Scott and Dolores for all of your help in my first year of wearing Hearing Aids. I'm always greeted at the front desk with coffee or tea and cookies. Thanks again to everyone at the Frostwood location.

  I have been with Miracle Ear for over 10 years and have always received excellent care from Dolores Bean and the crew that works with her. I travel internationally frequently and they have supported me around the world. My world wouldn’t sound so sweet without Miracle Ear!

  Dolores Bean....She was at the front desk 10 years ago when I got my first hearing aids. She was a winner then and today she's even better.
  Responsibility fits her like a glove. Today, as ten years ago, I got exactly what I needed, and her insurance knowledge saved me a bundle . Thank you.
