  This place has everything-clothing at VERY reasonable prices. Lots of stuff & racks are often crammed so go when you have time to look. Staff is minimal but nice.

  Great customer service by the manager on duty Alexis!!! We had a small but irritating issue in regards to a recent purchase made. Although it was yes a mistake that could have been easily avoided on the stores end the service received to resolve the issue was beyond stellar. Alexis gave no excuses and was apologetic but also not overly apologetic (fake). I felt assured that everything was going to be done to resolve the issue by her obviously genuine sincerity. There was not a single doubt in my mind that no matter the outcome she did everything that she could on her end by taking the time to research and investigate the issue and then promptly call me back with a resolution. More management and their employees should hold the level of service Alexis provided to me.

  Had a Nordstrom gift card from my baby shower and decided to go to Nordstrom Rack to get more bang for the buck. I'm glad I did. I think I left with five outfits. Going to Nordstrom I would've been lucky to get two.

  I fall back on Nordstrom Rack quite often, because it has a reliable stock of great brands for a more affordable price than the original retail. It's not as cheap as Marshall's or Ross, but you can definitely except a classier vibe and more organized, tended racks than at other such discount retailers. I feel this location is pretty average for other locations of the same store in terms of product availability, cleanliness, and general tidiness. Tip: the men's ties are a good deal! I bought my brothers' Christmas presents here today.

  I love Nordstrom Rack and this location in particular. It's in a shopping strip with an HEB so the parking lot is almost always busy. I personally prefer this as I'm usually shopping here alone, and I like that there's always a lot of people around. But beware if you don't want to deal with a busy parking lot.
  
  This store is well organized and well staffed. I have never had to wait in line very long because they will send more people to help out if the line starts to get long. I've also found the people who work there are usually happy to help you if you just ask.
