  Pronto get 5 stars from me today and I was somewhat surpised that they only have 3.8 rating. I have been a few times and have never had a complaint. I find the food and service always good. Today I ordered something new, their Mediterranean Chicken Salad. When it came out, I thought that I had paid for a small salad as their other salads come in different portion sizes. However, when I looked at my receipt, it did not have a size. I asked the Manager (attractive, young blond man) about the size and he explained that it came this way, he asked very politely, "Maam, what do you need more of? I want you to be satisfied." I said, "Just more lettuce." I realized that this is more of a meat salad after he and I spoke. However, he brought the additional salad greens out with a smile on his face. That is excellent customer service!!!!

  I absolutely love this restaurant. Everything on their menu is delicious, and I have never had a bad experience with dining in or take out service. And, the sauce is as good if not better than the recipe handed down to me from my grandmother.

  I brought my family to eat here, it was a great experience food and service was excellent. There was a wonderful cashier, she really made our experience. She recommended the lasagna for my wife, she loved it, and also loved her colorful hair; we'll be coming back to see her and eat more delicious food. Would recommend!
