  Dale and his team are unbelievably good at what they do. Dealing with my insurance company was complete hell. Crossroads took ALL the weight off my shoulders and got me the money we needed to repair our house that was devastated by Harvey. I would give them a million starts if I could.

  In February 2017 our home caught on fire. Like most people, my husband and I were in complete shock. We didn't know what to do. We had so many things to do in a certain amount of time. If it weren't for Crossroads stepping in and helping to guide us, we would still be at a loss. Everyone there have gone out of their way to make sure that we got the maximum amount to rebuild not just our home, but our lives.
  
  I do not recommend this situation to anyone, but if anyone was to find themselves in this situation, I would DEFINATELY, recommend Crossroads.

  I literally do not know what I would do without these people.
  They were there the next day following our tragedy and has stuck by us since. They are always just a phone call away no matter if it is a need we have, a question we have, or just need an ear to listen. I never knew these people existed until we really needed them. I hope The word gets out about Crossroads an anyone that has a Insurance claim needs to call Crossroads first before you talk to anyone. They will literally fight your battles for you. I would be insane by now dealing with our insurance if it was not for Crossroads. From the Very beginning Russ gave us comfort and reassurance that he had a team that would work for us. Danny took over and work as if it was his own property and gave us comfort and reassurance the entire time. Then Melissa took over and has carried us through the rest of the process and has literately fought for us. We feel like we have a new family.

  Dale Terry is the best in the industry. He helped us to make sure we received maximum amount from our insurer. Mr. Terry went above and beyond and I want to sincerely thank him for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crossroads. Mr. Terry would be the best individual to consult with.

  We just wanted to thank Crossroads for all of their help, support and advise during our claim process. After our house fire-which was the result of a lightning strike-we weren't sure which way to turn. After attempting to "go it alone" and deal with the Insurance Company's "adjuster" to no avail, we contacted Crossroads to act on our behalf. It is interesting to note that the day after the fire occurred, the "adjuster" representing the insurance company told me to notify the guard patrol at our community access gate to not let anyone enter our subdivision relating to "insurance matters." We didn't give it much thought at the time because of other obvious issues-but looking back, we're GLAD we didn't listen to him! Crossroads dealt with the insurance company head-on and ended up collecting us a substantial settlement-policy limits for the structure and contents. Thank you to Crossroads so much for ensuring that we received what we were rightfully owed and not just what the insurance company's "adjuster" thought they owed us.
