  Very friendly staff, extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable describe Dr. Leonard, comfortable atmosphere, tremendous efficiency, great hot chocolate and coffee, very pleasant experience each time, etc. Even the patients are in good spirits. They are in good hands at this clinic, I can a sure you. Go here, and don't even consider going anywhere else until you have been here first. I hope I wasn't unclear.

  Great facility and great staff. No complaints there, but I wish getting a person to pick up the phone was an easier task. 2+ Hours and no one has picked up despite dialing the number 20+ times.

  I love this clinic and especially Dr. Leonard. She is so kind and she shows genuine interest in you as her patient. I can truly understand why some people have said that they wish she was their primary care doctor.
  Their office staff is really wonderful at giving you the full disclosure about costs of treatment. There won’t be any surprises on your statements about insurance coverage. The front desk staff are also very nice and professional at both locations that I’ve visited. They run everything like a well-oiled machine and have great customer service or bedside manners towards their patients. It really makes visiting, a place where you get several shots, very pleasant! Even the children and younger patients are happy and you won’t hear them screaming out of fear or pain. That’s pretty impressive to say considering they know they’re only coming to get shots...LOL
  I’m so glad I decided to get treatment for my allergies with them.
  When you suffer from allergies, every day can be agonizing if you have to wait for care. Getting in to see either of the Allergist doctors wasn’t very quick because they have such a long list of patients wanting to see them. But as I described above, it’s pretty obvious why. However, after your first appointment, everything runs very smoothly afterwards. This office and Dr. Leonard were well worth the wait!

  First Allergist to recommend blood testing for a food allergy I was experiencing. After many unpleasant reactions, in the past 15 years, I had narrowed it down to something in bread. After blood testing I found out I was allergic to bakers yeast in bread. Has been a great saver since -- and no more visits to the emergency room.

  Love love love this place.. The staff is so sweet and explains everything up front. The doctor is wonderful. She is friendly and caring. She takes the time with you to discuss or explain any issues you may have. Very knowledgeable. I recommend this place.
