The shop owner communicates with the customers and keeps them advised every step of the way. Their prices are very competitive too. Try them out!

Said; the shop owner will keep you informed at all times about your vehicle. I came to Precision General, after having an issue getting my Cadillac ATS diagnosed at a Cadillac dealership and proving my extended warranty of a malfunction. As soon as I took my vehicle to Precision General, Said was able to diagnosed it and demonstrate my extended warranty inspector the problem. They approved my repairs and Precision General had my vehicle back in top shape within two days; something Central Cadillac could not do for me in 3 months. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs professional and honest work, because we all know how frustrating it can be, dealing with bad mechanic shops. He will work with all insurance and extended warranty companies. Thank you Said.

(January 31, 2013, 3:42 pm)I am not a car savvy especially when the car i am using is not mine. A guy there called sayyid assisted me in a very professional way. I definitely recommend the place if you need to repair your car. Discuss the price/cost with them, they can be flexible.
