  Took my car and new tires in to have them mounted and balanced. My wheels are black, so I appreciate that they used black wheel weights instead of the usual unpainted ones. Attention to detail!

  Excellent work. Low rate for a cracked rim, it was done in the time frame they said, very friendly, and the rim looks brand new. Very impressed.

  Excellent service. They were able to restore all four wheels back to original condition. They did a great job removing scuffs and cuts. The machined finish was great.
  
  Took only a few days to repair. In the meanwhile they provided me four Mercedes wheels for a few days while they did the repair. Nice that they offer this service, did not need to leave my car at the shop.
  
  This shop repairs all types of wheels from standard vehicles to exotics cars. Saw a Bentley BMW Mercedes Audi and BMW there.

  The term Customer Service must be redefined.
  
  Driving Houston's infamous roads for only 2 month, wheels and tires were already in bad shape. Then a tire blew up on a Saturday night. I called Rollo's Solution and Henry picked up the phone.
  
  On a SUNDAY morning!!!
  
  From that moment on, magic happened. We met at the shop, and workers took care of the wheels immediately. Doing some research, Henry found me the tires I wanted and fitted my budget. He dropped me off and picked me up at my nearby apartment, and he got me a loaner to get to work the next day while waiting of the tires to be delivered
  
  Extraordinary.
  
  Needles to say that the work was done perfectly and in time, and the charge was exactly what had been discussed.
  
  On a side note, Henry pointed out that the bushing replacement, another shop had recommended, wasn't necessary. Driving the car, I know Henry was right.
  
  Thank you Henry for your outstanding service and for saving me hundreds of $$$. I'll be back as soon as I need new tires. Given Housto'n's street conditions, it won't be too long.
