  New to Crossfit and found these guys to be great. Jeff and Sergio really spent the time to help me get started. Nice facility friendly and responsive staff .

  Due to travel I drop into a lot of boxes, most are good, but few really great. The coaches at Crossfit Cannon are skilled and very helpful, the people really friendly. The facility is clean, well equipped and orderly with plenty of space. Thanks Jeff and crew!

  After moving to Houston from NYC, I took my time to visit over 10 boxes in the area before choosing Cannon. The professionalism of the coaching, mixed with the 'team' atmosphere is what sold me. Being a former college athlete, I am really picky about having supportive coaches who know how to push you, but also know the line of correct form and professionalism. Cannon has amazing coaches who really care about their athletes!

  Cannon does a lot of things right. I've been to a number of greater Houston area boxes, and typically each one lacks something in an effort to maximize another. This could be lack of great coaching, lack of community, lack of competition, or lack of encouragement.
  
  I am yet to see Cannon lack any of the above. There maybe more competitive boxes out there, but few have all the parts working together for the whole package. Cannon has very supportive staff, and a very friendly member community . There was no phase of awkwardness between me and the others. They came right out of the gate introducing themselves, and helped me get acquainted with the box.
  
  On top of all that, they have a great facility with great equipment, and additional programs for members to participate in! Can't say enough about this place. Check it out!

  I am from Seattle and was in Houston for business. After taking one look at the hotel "fitness center" - a treadmill in a closet in the basement - I had to find a training alternative. I found Cannon CrossFit after a quick web search and gave them a call. Jeff was happy to have me drop in for a session. They have a great facility in the Galleria area of Houston. I was welcomed into a 7am class. Jeff worked with me as though I was a regular. The class was intense - exactly what I was looking for! I can't wait for my next trip to Houston to visit these guys again!
