(January 29, 2019, 6:29 am)My brother moved to The Treemont several years ago and it has been wonderful. The senior Allegiance staff visit him once a week to organize his medicines, but also provide additional support when needed. He takes advantage of the social activities, exercise programs as well as the van to a local church. A complimentary driver takes him to his doctors appointments. I cannot say enough how living here has changed his life for the better. I highly recommend!
(January 21, 2019, 6:16 pm)My sister Charmaine is a resident of Treemont and has lived there for several years. My family and I have been more than pleased with the very excellent care she is receiving.
The front desk staff , without exception, is professional, friendly and always appropriately responsive to any request.
Housekeeping, maintenance, and food service employees are "top notch".
I know that my sister is in a safe environment which gives me great peace and comfort.
Treemont is a wonderful place, and I might add, very affordable.
(January 20, 2019, 10:18 pm)Before moving mom to Treemont, I worried each day about her being so isolated from people, eating alone, and having trouble managing her medications. In November 2018, I moved mom to Treemont retirement community. Her apartment is cute & cozy. Mom is dining with residents each day, and attending activities each week, with medication assistance thru Senior Allegiance staff. I visit mom often, allowing me interact with Treemont staff. All the staff from the front desk, to the dining room to maintenance, are friendly, compassionate, and helpful.
I truly consider Treemont staff as extended family.
(January 8, 2019, 11:16 am)My dad just moved into Treemont and he is very pleased and happy. Everyone from receptionist to office staff are always friendly, polite, and willing to help with anything. I was Leary at first and searched do many facilities and Treemont stood out and the rooms are beautiful. The fact that when my brothers come in from out of state they can stay with him is a big plus. Thank you Treemont for taking care of my dad as well as family.
(January 8, 2019, 10:48 am)I've never been around such a great happy, positive uplifting group of people. Treemont is not just a place to reside. It is a place to call home, where strangers become family automatically. There is so much to do here. Houston's best kept secret for sure!
