  My wife and I went bicycling from Bayou Parkland and rode accross the bridge into Hermann Park. Bayou Parkland was a convenient place to park for access to the trails and the restroom there was clean. I can't say if it was typical but at least on this day there was plenty of parking. I was a little bit concerned about security because there was a person sitting in his car that wasn't going anywhere. I did not see any security cameras.
  After circling the park we rode along the bayou for a few miles then back. It was a beautiful sunny day and overall the trails were in pretty good shape. the trails could have been been maintained better but they weren't bad. As we got farther away from Bayou Parkland, the trail system had more grade crossings than I was used to on the trails around San Antonio.

  Very peaceful... But alot of trash around tge walking trails

  Very cool spot hidden in Houston. Great place for running, biking, walking or relaxing. Also has great views of the bayou and cityscape. Would make a great place for photography.

  I lived within short walking distance from this park for several years and definitely took advantage of it. There's a nice pedestrian bridge along with bike trail access, and several nature trails. If you're in the area it is definitely worth a stop.
