Great customer service here. I feel like we got a good deal on a used Kirby vacuum that we just recently purchased. We have been here in the past to purchase supplies and parts for our old Kirby. I wouldn't go as far as to say we got a steal on the one we just purchased, but I definitely feel like it was a Fair Deal. My only criticism would be the small size and clutter in the shop.
The store isn't pretty, but don't let that fool you because the service is excellent. They also have good selection of parts for Kirby and others and high quality vacuums.
I received fast estimate the very same day I brought it in they had all parts and supplies for my vacuum it was fixed the very next day at a reasonable price it looked like new when I picked it up thank you Marcell for that great job.
If you are looking for an excellent conscientious, low cost vacuum sales and repair shop, this is the place. There are stores with larger storefronts, but they come with a larger pricetag as well. These guys are very reasonable and do excellent work.
I had my Riccar Brilliance repaired and cleaned for a very reasonable price. When I got home, I plugged the unit in and it ran like a new one. I know where I am getting my routine work done on my cleaner from now on.
If you don't like buying the cheapest made in China crap from Wal Mart or Target that lasts a year, you might want to buy a Riccar or a Kirby from these guys.
Again, their prices are reasonable, service excellent and they come with my highest recommendation.
