  A quaint, old school, cozy, comfortable location. The food is served hot and delicious. Burgers were juicy and succulent. The taters were overflowing with flavors. Try the corn nuggets!! Decorated with some unique and rare items from the old west. Texas is definitely represented here!

  Good service and perfect food. The briskit and fried okra are good. Actually the fried okra was prepared perfectly. The best I have ever found!! It is an absolute must do. The cooks are super friendly and the decor makes you think you were born too late.
  100% must do when in Houston
  We were the first in the door. That is the only reason the seating was empty.

  Interesting place. The building & everything in it looks extremely old, but the structure is very sound. The antique cupboards & bureaus are intriguing. They were out of brisket, so I had to settle for the chicken fried chicken, which was very good. My friend had the gumbo & said it was not good. Don't bother getting the salad bar cuz the items are limited & cheap.

  Amazing food every time I've been. I've tried a few of the burgers as well as the barbeque. Both are incredible. Finish it all off with the banana pudding and you will have ruined food for everyone else! The decor and ambience are uniquely authentic as well. 5 stars! Excellent!

  This place is so good! The employees are so sweet too, they always welcome you in and have great service. The food is always good too. I Recommend!
