(December 1, 2018, 12:00 pm)Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Affordable rent makes this complex a hidden gem. Easy commute to and from Downtown/Midtown Houston. The Staff here is extremely helpful and it seems they are consistently making improvements.
(September 18, 2018, 1:12 pm)A hidden treasure. Management is professional and kind. They actually fix things here. The property is always clean and quiet. No parking wars or predatory towing. A nice place to live.
(June 17, 2018, 10:26 am)We can’t say enough great things about the staff and the Apartment! We toured with Property Manager Laura who was very professional and personable. The Apartment is well kept by an experienced crew who are dedicated with fixing concerns in a very timely manner along with keeping the ground immaculate!
(May 19, 2018, 1:00 am)My boyfriend and i literally just moved in today, but this review is for how incredible the customer service is. Maritza made everything so easy & answered all of our questions. The application process took a few days, but worth the wait! We loveee our apartment! Its so cozy, and cute. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN when we moved in. Whoever cleaned did an amazing job!! The community is small and very quiet! We’re very excited to have moved in to the park @ live oak! Thank you ladies for your service!!! Greatly appreciated!!
(February 15, 2018, 11:53 am)My experience with the management in the office is awesome! Laura and Maritza have the best costumer service. They're so nice and helpful. The property is well taken care of and always up to date with everything. I highly recommend Park @ Live Oak to anyone that's looking for a place to live. 10 stars!
