(December 1, 2018, 12:00 pm)Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Affordable rent makes this complex a hidden gem. Easy commute to and from Downtown/Midtown Houston. The Staff here is extremely helpful and it seems they are consistently making improvements.

The Apartment is well kept by an experienced crew who are dedicated with fixing concerns in a very timely manner along with keeping the ground immaculate!

Maritza made everything so easy & answered all of our questions. The application process took a few days, but worth the wait! We loveee our apartment! Its so cozy, and cute. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN when we moved in. Whoever cleaned did an amazing job!! The community is small and very quiet! We’re very excited to have moved in to the park @ live oak! Thank you ladies for your service!!! Greatly appreciated!!

The property is well taken care of and always up to date with everything. I highly recommend Park @ Live Oak to anyone that's looking for a place to live. 10 stars!
