“I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TYPE OF EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FYI! But, I had to put my thoughts out there. I just finished reading every review they have on here and literally there was TWO good reviews. The most recent one stating that the company is under new management. I REALLY hope this is the case and that things have changed. I am a prospective costumer, and after reading all the reviews there is no way that I would even consider giving these guys any of my business. It's one thing if there are a handful of negative reviews, cause frankly you just can't please everyone. But when you have this many reviews and they are all negative and they are all repeating the same issues, then there is truly a big problem. If this company has changed and you have experience with the new management PLEASE post your review so future people looking for a tow/storage company will have an idea of how things have changed. If you work for this company, may I suggest trying to interact with your customers on here with negative/positive reviews. By doing so it shows that you are concerned with how the customers are feeling about your company. It sounds like y'all have some serious rebuilding to do.”
