Erica walked me through my treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions regarding payments and insurance. Dr. Carol was so sweet and very gentle while replacing my crowns and doing my fillings. I will always use Ideal Dental in the future and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

(May 5, 2018, 1:23 pm)Dr. Carroll is an excellent dentist! She is thorough and explains what she is doing. She is easy to talk to and doesn’t make my mouth bleed like my old dentist did. Her team is kind and consistent, especially Bridal and Erica. :) I recommend Ideal Dental to my friends.

She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff, Erica, Celina and Emily, also provided great service. It was non-stressful experience. Dr. Carroll, I will definitely be back for my dental needs. Thanks!
