Is a nice place
I bank here, I haven't had an issue the service is amazing. The tellers are so friendly and kind always with a smile on their face. For those with negative feedback; they are doing their job okay. some days the wait time may be a bit long but just like any other place you go to, the time you go can depend on how long it'll take to bypass the line. Patients is important
Often times it gets busy, sometimes I hear people in line complain that the clerk's are too slow or not enough workers, but if you people are smart enough to notice what is being done maybe you wouldn't complain...AND no, I don't work here, I bank here, and Everytime I come here I get no issues, it's always 5 star service.
The same people that stand in line complaining, are the same ones that take long to do their business, Transferring, cashing, verifying, verifying and depositing, depositing and depositing to a different account, or sending money to someone else, or cashing a check then depositing, or withdrawing social security and disability checks...It is THOSE type of people that complain while in line, and then hog the service for 15+ minutes. So again, ITS NOT THE WORKERS that's causing the line to move slow, it's probably the person Infront or behind you that is doing alot of stuff.
