I recently went back to México and is a restaurant very popular over there called VIPS probably you have heard of it, I had high expectations but they are not longer what they used to be (still they are really busy though), but Mexico Lindo Sabroso restaurant keep the flavor in their food. Today I had Enchiladas verdes, they the best!
