(November 1, 2018, 2:33 am)I bought a cool mid-size triangular backpack for cheap and tried on some pants. Staff helpful and friendly. Mostly ladies wear and bags of all types. Strip mall kinda run down though. Pleasant place to visit. No idea what or who El Descuento is.
