  It's nice to be surrounded by the positive energy every member gives. House of gains has a little bit of everything one might be Looking for in a gym. The staff is super kind and very informative. Best gym in Houston. ????

  I frequently travel to the Houston area and make it a point to visit House of Gainz when I’m in town. The gym is no frills and no vanity, with an old school (loud music, steel plates, “leave it all there” attitude) meets new school (welcoming members, separate CrossFit area) mentality. Along with your standards, it includes specialized equipment you’ll rarely find elsewhere (reverse hyper, multiple GHD’s, safety squat bar, and lever belt squat machine, among others).
  
  I have had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who is obviously passionate about his business. I have seen him close the gym at 10 PM and open it at 5 AM. This is obviously not his hobby, but a business he respects and wants to take care of.
  
  I give this gym my full recommendation.

  I absolutely recommend this place. I just started and I'm in love. I take the team classes, however they are very personable. Trainers are awesome, they made me feel great and I have received a lot of support. if you're just starting or have been doing this for a while it fits your personal goals and needs either way.

  Intense workout classes with a Great coach that’s willing to educate, help you correct your form and challenge you ever single day.You don’t see people on their phones sitting on machines or chatting through workouts. EVERYONE is putting in hard work, No BS here. Gym is nice and clean all the time! It’s Also open gym with great equipment.
