I called Rey one day on such short notice. The hood on my Nissan wouldn't close for some reason and I couldn't get it up again. I called Rey on my lunch break and he answered the phone promptly and told me to come in. I told him I was on the way he assisted me as soon as I walked in and got straight on it. He fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. As a woman I appreciate the time he took to squeeze me in and the fact he was very understanding to me needing this done right away.
