“This company is great! Regardless of their financial hardship they are doing their due diligence in trying to rectify the financial issues. I have personally seen them give people money for Gas or bus. Ms. Emma even gave a provider money when she told her that she had a death in her family. The new billing clerk gave another young lady money from her own purse. This company cares and is very remorseful. Give them a chance. All checks issued were resolved immediately and we were reassured that that would not happen again! I can't speak about prior issues but all I see when i come in is positive and welcoming attitudes. 5 stars from me!!!!”

“After reading the reviews of this location, I was going to go by 2920 but since this place was way closer, I decided to give it a try. First thing I notice is that it’s very small, and it only has like 8 booths compared to the one on 2920... On that note I knew I had to be Patient since there was a lot of people in front of me. I went to the kiosk and filled out my form to renew my DL, waited for about 30min, the lady was very helpful, nice and efficient. I will definitely be going again.”
